SI’s regular bell schedule has seven periods that meet three times per week, plus two X
periods that occur on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Students take six classes and they are
assigned a resource period during which they can study, meet with counselors or teachers, or
rest and relax. The X periods are time set aside for club meetings, counseling presentations,
faculty professional development, prayer services, or other activities.
